b. Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund or return, please ensure that:
You have contacted us within the specified time of 7 days and shared the unboxing video/photo.
The product remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
You provide us with a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
Return Process:
If your refund or return request meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
a. Contact us: Reach out to our customer support team by support@thripthiestore.in and provide details of your order, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.
b. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
c. Packaging: Carefully pack the product in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
d. Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a reputable courier service to the below address. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
